nicholas :: 8 month portraits

On Friday, Ella and I planned to go to the park to meet some of my favorite gals from work and their little ones for a big play date! My friend, Lori had a beautiful, baby boy, Nicholas back in October and I have been telling her she needs to let me take his pictures for awhile now so it was the perfect day for that too! I could really just squeeze him all day long. I LOVE his little fat roll legs and he is so content. I do not think I heard him complain once when we were there. Of course, who could complain when your a boy and an older girl (Ella) is trying to hug and kiss you all afternoon...:)

steve and rayna :: married

Steve and Rayna had the perfect day for an outdoor wedding this past Saturday! It was beautiful. I was lucky enough to be able to share this day with them! Thank you so very much for giving me the opportunity to work with you and meet all of your wonderful family and friends. I wish you both all the happiness in the world!!

I loved all the details of the day. I thought the guest book idea was cool and it was really cool how they had crayons and paper for the little ones who attended to color with at the reception. Very thoughtful!

Rayna got ready for the ceremony back at she and Steve's home with some of her family while Steve got ready with his family at the ceremony site.

They did not have a traditional bridal party. Instead they decided to have all of their closest friends gather on a party bus and come along for the pictures and celebrating! This beautiful view was the first stop.

They even had a special table of photos of loved ones who had passed away. What a fantastic idea!

And to end the evening, we were able to sneak out of the party for a few shots around the Yacht Basin. Perfect night for photos!! Loved the sky!
