newborn :: mia rose

I first met Emilia and Peter back in the summer when they asked me to take photos of their adorable daughter, Olivia. We met at the park and spent a few hours together, trying to do anything we could to make Olivia smile and I so enjoyed the time I spent with them getting to know them a little bit. Emilia was expecting at the time and I hoped I would see them again to photograph their new addition so I was very excited when we set up Mia Rose's newborn session a few weeks ago! The Ackermans are such great people and very easy going. I felt so comfortable taking photos at their home, and even comparing stories of our two year olds! We even found that we had chosen the same exact bedding and color themes for our now two year old daughters' bedrooms!! How random! Hope to keep in touch with you all! Thank you so much for inviting me into your home to capture some photos of your beautiful new little girl. :)



I love this look. It makes me even more excited that we have one on the way again too!
