dave + liz :: married

Last Saturday, I got to join my friend, Theresa of TAK photography in capturing Liz and Dave's beautiful fall wedding in Holland! I love assisting and Theresa and I have so much fun together. It also helps when the bride and groom are fantastic people to work with (as well as the whole bridal party)! Liz and Dave were beautiful and so easy going! The weather was quite cold out by the lakeshore where we were, but everyone remained very good sports! Thanks again for having me along, Theresa! I had a blast as usual-even in the "bumper to bumper" traffic jam. :)

Love her ring...

Yes, if there is a baby in the room, I will find it and be sure to photograph him or her. This is Jack. He was less than 2 months old and the bride's nephew. So handsome!

Headed out to meet her groom for the first time that day, and get some butterflies out!:)

I love this. They look so much more relaxed now to have seen each other. Except for that whole "there are 2 photographers shooting pictures of every moment" thing.

They said they had to get a picture in front of the old reliable, jeep. No problems here. I love the old jeeps.

Being out by the water was obviously the coldest part of the day, but they all were troopers!

And then I had Dave pose with each of his groomsmen for a "silly" picture. I think they did well considering it was on the spot. :)

This song is pretty standard for weddings, but i still love it. It is so pretty. That, and I have heard it enough times now I could probably get up there and sing along! :)

And on to Baker Lofts for the reception. This venue was so cool.

I think this is a great way to show people where they are seated for dinner and is becoming more popular. Find your name on th elist to see what number table you are at! (and I love the frame they chose!
