katie :: senior portraits

When Katie first contacted me and told me she wanted to do two sessions for her senior portraits-one beach and one urban, I was really excited. This meant we would not be rushed into cramming it all into one evening and we could take our time and enjoy!! The first night, Katie and her mom met me at my home and we headed off to Holland to visit Tunnel Park and the State Park. I am so glad we decided to carpool because it gave us a chance to chat along the way, which I very much enjoyed! The evening at the beach was one of the last very hot and muggy ones, but we survived! Katie was such a trooper in her long jeans and even sported a sweater at one point! Whew!





The water felt SO good that night!!


















The next evening, Katie and her mom again met me at my house and we drove off for a downtown, urban adventure! I always love these excursions because there is always a bit of "culture" involved for myself and my clients! :)
