5 years old : isabelle

Isabelle turned 5 last month and her mom and I had been planning on doing her photos for awhile. I was more than giddy when the apple trees at Robinettes were in full bloom right during the time Mindy wanted Isabelle's pictures taken! Yay!

It was perfect. Except for the bugs, if Isabelle had anything to say about it. Isabelle is terrified of any flying bugs (probably the none-flying ones too)! Poor girl! Mindy and I had to do a lot of coaxing including the use of my "magic" bench and the promise of ice cream following the shoot! :) Aside from the bugs, Isabelle was great and as cute as ever-as you will see in the length of this post, i had an extremely hard time narrowing down my favorites! :)

These next photos are all of Isabelle giving her idea of silly poses, faces, etc. I love this. If I could be any age, I would be 5.

We were having a hard time because of the bugs flying around, so I told Isabelle this bench was magic! Her response: "Really!? Does it fly??" :)

more silly...kind of looks like "Walk Like an Egyptian" to me, but I think Isabelle is probably a little young to remember the 80's.

I think in this picture we said, "Show us your Ice Cream face!" The look says it all.

We saw this poor, little look a lot. Bugs!!!!

She recovers quickly though...:)

Isabelle had told her mom ahead of time that she wanted to bow at the end of the photo session...
